Supportdesk · controlled MVP environment
This is a shared, deployed environment, not your machine and not production. It has its own database, configuration, and secrets.

External services
Every external service here is real: WhatsApp credential custody, the WhatsApp provider, the model, and knowledge embedding all call a real service, so what is done here has effects outside this deployment.
Outbound sending
Outbound sending is not enabled on this deployment. The WhatsApp provider here is real, so a message this system sends leaves for WhatsApp and reaches a real Contact. Email is still written to a capture outbox that nothing sends from.
